Opportunities For Students


Did you know that  there are many opportunities for  TAG children to participate in fast paced, enriched learning  programs  in Oregon?  There are courses both on and off of university  campuses.  Here are a few of them!

Oregon State University 

Programs for TAG and High-Ability Students at Oregon State University

Applications are still being accepted for Oregon State University’s Precollege Programs for TAG and High-Ability Youth. These programs offer a unique opportunity for academic enrichment and social interaction with peers of similar abilities. Participants choose from a wide selection of exciting, challenging, and stimulating
courses not typically available in the usual school setting. Courses are designed to meet the special needs of enrolled learners and are taught by experts in their fields.
Qualified students are those who are identified as TAG or have a total battery test score at or above the 90th percentile.

Programas Académicos...abren camino a la educación superior.  Campamentos juveniles...ofrecen oportunidades para mejorar el bienestar físico y mental. Estes son
programas lleno de aventuras que combina oportunidades académicas y sociales en una entretenida experiencia de 10 días, mediante la exposición de los participantes a materias interesantes y sofisticadas que generalmente no están disponibles durante el año escolar regular.  El programa es para jóvenes superdotados, talentosos, y de habilidades superiores que estén interesados en oportunidades de un aprendizaje dinámico y desafiante
